Price's Scented Candles in Malta

I absolutely love scented candles and I feel like I've tried a hundred different brands to try and find one that actually fills the room with scent. So often, once it's lit, there is no smell at all and scented candles are not generally cheap. A few months ago I spotted Price's scented glass jar candles in Tower supermarket. They are €3.29 (much cheaper than anything I've found online!) and claim to have 30 hours burning time.

I buy them for my office and we generally burn them 5 days a week for 7/8 hours each day and they always last the week so they definitely hold much more than the claimed 30 hours. The scent isn't very strong or over powering but it fills the room with a deliciously subtle note of fragrance. They have a really lovely range of scents, in Tower they usually have about 10 different varieties and I love that it's not simply your usual vanilla, chocolate and strawberry offerings- they have Fresh Fig, Pomegranate and Walnut, Nuts and Spices and some beautiful Christmassy ones such as Festive Fudge, Spiced Apple and Cinnamon Sticks.

They come in glass jars which I love, they look classy and once the candle is finished you can clean out the jar and keep it as a makeup brush holder, a drinking glass (my cupboard is over flowing!) or anything else you can think of. The glass jar, coloured wax and silver "Price's" script mean they look really luxe and stylish. I've always got 2 or 3 spare so I never run out!

You can find these in most supermarkets in Malta including Tower, More and Arkadia.
